The Initial Request

My friend had reached out to me asking if I could make some updates to her website. The site had originally been designed in 2013, and, as you can imagine, the web world has changed quite significantly over the last 7 years.

Discoveries

We decided it was time for a refresh, and to recreate her site with a new look and feel. I wanted the site to have a peaceful feel (lighter colors), and liked the idea of greens, leaves, trees (growth, and new life). So, using her old verbiage, I created a new, fresh site.
